This is the Expedition Package you have been looking for. An elite ultralight package for the discerning canoeist/camper who wants the most in comfort and convenience with amenities that help defy the concept of "roughing it."

Your Boundary Waters canoe trip outfitters have not overlooked any "creature comforts" in this package!

Highlighted by either the Souris and We-no-nah Kevlar canoe and Crazy Creek chair, wilderness adventure and Boundary Waters canoe trips becomes more efficient, faster, and comfortable, while lake portaging becomes easier and much more enjoyable with the least amount of weight. Enjoy!

Families with Children

• One child of age 7 or younger is outfitted for free with each paying parent or legal guardian (a minimum of 2 adults in the party) who accompanies them

• Additional children age 7 and younger will be outfitted at $50 per day per child for the Comfort Plus package

• We request the right to request a copy of a birth certificate for proof of age for all youth and children

• Other discounts do not apply for families utilizing the "7 & under free" option

Going Solo?
1 1/2 times the 2-4 person rates.

Bringing your own Sleeping Bag?
Deduct $2 per person per day if you will provide your own personal sleeping bag.

Discounts

• Deduct 5% for trips prior to 5/23 or after 9/3

• Deduct 5% if you are a Senior Citizen (age 62 or older)

• Deduct 5% if you are a "repeat" guest in a group

• Only one discount per group 

• Adult is completely responsible for youth group safety and equipment rental

• All members of a permit group must select the same Boundary Waters complete outfitting package(s)

• 5% Senior Discount does not apply on guided trips

• Rates Subject to change without notice

Maximum party size per permit is 9.

All outfitting charges are computed on CALENDAR DAYS. First and last days count as full rental rate days. For example, a trip starting on Tuesday and ending on the following Tuesday would be an 8 day trip; a trip from the 9th to the 15th would be a 7 day trip. Trips may start on any day.

All the food is included in this package. Food selections are by Richmoor & Backpacker's Pantry, including vegetarian entrées. Menus are supplemented with fresh food selections: steaks, chicken breasts, eggs, bacon, and even fresh fruit.

Your Boundary Waters Comfort Plus™ canoe trip complete package offers:

DETAILED CANOE TRIP ROUTING AND PERSONALIZED ORIENTATION. Friendly, personable staff to answer the questions and help in anyway possible.

BREAKFAST the morning of the canoe trip when renting overnight lodging (bunkhouse or Chalet) the night before the trip. A wonderful array of wholesome food served buffet style and "all you can eat".

HOT SHOWERS before and after your Boundary Waters canoe trip.
